If you know, you know.
When I first got my shower doors, I asked the guy, “Okay, so how do I keep the doors clean without squeegeeing them?” His reply was simple and direct: “You squeegee them…”
So that was that. No tricks. No short cuts. No Rain X. Nope.
I have been a squeegee-er for so long now, it’s become an automatic habit. I must say, there’s a lot of satisfaction in it. It gives me the same kind of instant gratification I get from ironing, vacuuming, or making the bed. Sounds silly, I know. Little things…
I even had a guest once tell me they were NOT going to squeegee. Flat out refused. That stance didn’t last long. They must have had a change of heart—maybe it was pure curiosity—but they came back to me, kind of excited, admitting just how gratifying it was! What does that tell you?
Honestly, the doors look messy to me when left wet. And I know over time it will lead to water spots and stains. That’s why it drives me crazy to leave them drying on their own all day! Which is why my shower squeegee is just something I have to have.
Click reply and tell me if YOU squeegee. ANYTHING!
TIP: The white sponge (Mr. Clean) does a great job deep cleaning the glass, when needed.
